Available on Thursday ONLY, April 3rd, 2008 from 1 PM to 7 PM.
For check-in ONLY, enter the fairgrounds at the Purple Gate. Please leave your alpacas in your trailer or vehicle until you receive further direction. At the time of check-in, the color and fleece length of alpacas entered in the Halter show will be verified.
Exhibitors will receive their registration packets and barn/stall assignments. All fleeces must be checked in on Thursday with the Fleece Superintendent. If you are entering the Fiber Arts and/or Photo Contest or are donating items to the Silent Auction, you will be directed to the appropriate location.
Parking and RV spaces are located across the street from the Purple Gate. After Thursday’s check-in, everyone will enter through the marked gate. Be sure to wear your Exhibitor’s name tag.
