Each exhibitor is limited to a total of 3 stalls (approx. 8x10), including display booth and alpaca stalls.
Farm display information may be placed on a 2x10’ table in front of the stall, but must not block the aisle. If you need more than the 2x10 area, you'll need to reserve a Display stall.
Electricity is available; request it at the time you register, for an additional fee.
You cannot keep animals in display stalls. Each alpaca stall will include straw for bedding. You are welcome to bring your own carpet, turf, mats or other bedding material. Under no circumstances will the facility allow the use of tape on floors, nor will the use of tacks, nails, hooks, or staples be allowed on walls or ceilings!
