Event Location: The Western Washington Fairgrounds are located in Puyallup Washington, a short drive south of Seattle. This year, Alpacapalooza vendors will be located in the heated Centennial Tent building, near the seminars and Fleece Show.
Reserving Space: One goal of Alpacapalooza is to offer a diverse experience for the attendees, featuring as many different exhibitors and vendors as possible. Since we have a limited space, each vendor is limited to two display booths. You can specify on the registration form if more space is desired. After the final registration deadline of March 1, the Registration Chairperson will contact vendors who requested additional space, if any is still available. Space is assigned on a first come, first served basis, so complete your registration early.
Display Booth: A booth includes a 10x10 area with low curtain backdrop and low side panels. Electricity may be available and can be requested by checking the box on the registration form. The floors are concrete, so you are welcome to bring your own carpet, rubber mats or other floor material.
Space Sharing: It is permissible for vendors to share display booths. You make the arrangements; just let us know on the registration form with whom you will share and what kind of space you are sharing. You can share up to 4 spaces (total for 2 vendors). It would be helpful if you would include a diagram of the space arrangement so that the Barn Manager and volunteers can set up the spaces correctly. Transferring of spaces to other vendors is strictly prohibited.
Check-In: We encourage vendors to check-in and set up on Thursday, April 3rd, 2008, from 12 PM to 6 PM. You may set up on Friday, if your set-up is completed by 9 AM. Vendors from outside the state are responsible for learning and meeting WA State sales tax requirements. Vendors may park vehicles close to barns for easy unloading. Parking and RV spaces are located outside the Purple Gate. After Friday’s check-in, everyone will enter through the Purple Gate.
Animal Care: No dogs or other pets are allowed in the display barns or arena.
Security: A security guard will be on duty from 10 pm to 7 am Thursday, and 7 pm to 7 am Friday and Saturday. Nothing may be removed from the barns during these times.
Confirmation & cancellation policy:
Confirmations of reservations will be sent out by e-mail as space reservation forms are received. If space is unavailable you will receive a full refund. If you must cancel your reservation and entries, 75% of fees paid to AAWW will be refunded if the cancellations are received by March 1, 2008. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after March 1st.
Sponsorships: You can get exposure while helping to make the halter, fleece, fiber arts and other events possible. Take a look at the sponsorship page that is attached for all the choices. All sponsors will be listed on the website and in the Promotional Booklet!!
Silent Auction: There will be a silent auction with great items that people will want to bid on. Contributing an item to the silent auction is a good marketing tool for your business. Last year's donations included alpaca stud services, fiber creations, farm supplies, etc. All donated items will be displayed with the donor's name. Commitment of a donated item secures your listing in the Promotional Booklet handed out to all attendees. Donated items must be committed by March 1st to be listed in the booklet. Suggested donations include fiber creations, farm supplies, and non-alpaca-related items. Submit donation information to Donna Paschen at

Advertisements from alpaca owners and alpaca related products and services
Upcoming Alpaca Events in 2008
This booklet will be distributed to all Alpacapalooza visitors (approximately 1,500 persons) free of charge, giving your business additional exposure after the show. See Vendor Registration Form page 5 for advertisement fees.
